We have a great opportunity for seasoned commercial Service Technicians with 2 or more years of maintenance/construction experience. Technician's qualifications to include: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, tile, finish carpentry, concrete placement, concrete finishers and general maintenance. Our Service Technicians have a "can do" attitude combined with a jack-of-all trades aptitude and a personal commitment to high performance in a busy multi-task work environment.
The Service Technician is a hands-on professional who acts under the direction of the Service Manager and performs installations, repairs, and replacements for national retail chains.

MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK AND TOOLS
DRUG SCREENING AND BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND PROOF OF AUTO INSURANCE
MUST PARTICIPATE IN AFTER-HOURS AND EMERGENCY COVERAGE
GOOD RECORD KEEPING SKILLS FOR WORK ORDERS AND PARTS ORDERS
TRADES LICENSE A DEFINITE PLUS
